If you read my philosophy, then you know I said I’ll never lie to you and tell you that you need me when you don’t. And this is one of those times. If your brand is already generating exactly what you want, then you don’t need me.

But maybe you’re just doing okay, but you know it could be better and can’t figure out what’s holding you back. Or you might have been doing great in the past, but lately for some reason you feel like you’ve lost touch with your customers. In both of those instances, I think I can help you. And I’ll tell you if I can’t.

I follow a 5-step process with all of my clients, and I have a line of satisfied customers.

Here’s how it works:

Introspection

I want you to think of your brand as your company’s wardrobe. Think about what your company would wear if it was a person. Can you picture it? Okay, now imagine your company is going somewhere, and it needs to impress the person it’s meeting. Is what your company is wearing going to impress the person it’s meeting?

Customer analysis

Still having the wardrobe analogy in mind, now I want you to think of the person your company is meeting. That person is your ideal customer. Now do you see how important it is to dress to impress? But maybe you don’t know how to get your ideal customer in the door. Or maybe you do, but it’s kind of hard to achieve with your company’s current wardrobe. 

Concept proposal

Here’s where it gets super fun for me. I love capsule wardrobes; because everything goes together, your closet is streamlined. I build the equivalent of a capsule wardrobe for my clients. It’s so easy to keep your company looking great when everything works together well. You’ll feel proud to see your company looking put together. People notice “put together,” and they associate it with consistency.

Evaluation

Love it? Great! Let’s move on to step 5! Not quite there yet? Let’s go back and take another look at steps 1-3. Maybe I missed something that you need in your company’s wardrobe. We can do this 3 times under my standard packages.

Implementation
